PAX URL - obr is ready for usage. You can now make use of OBR to access bundles based on bundle symbolic name and (optional) bundle version.
For the moment you have to build it by yourself, but it will be part of the upcoming 0.2.0 release of Pax URL, and included in Pax Runner 0.7.0.
